Stephanie Stuer, formerly known as Stephanie Ebbesen, aka Miss Green Home, believes that education and innovation are the keys to move through tough economic times to a better and more enjoyable life.  Growing up in a real estate business Stephanie has been a witness to many facets in real estate.   Understanding a real estate career can go in any direction, Stephanie’s passion was ignited when she was introduced to smart building practices such as sustainable and high performance homes.

Stephanie Stuer is a license real estate broker in Dallas, TX.  After opening the first residential real estate brokerage in North Texas to specialize in green and sustainable homes, Stephanie realized a need to interpret her knowledge learned from inside the industry to the public.

    You are correct. We must strive to do what we love and for me it is showing people how they can design and build green energy efficient structures and communities that are profitable for everyone not just the people with the most money.

    I show developers how to make more money and spend less upfront by being better for the environment. There are many of the low impact development (LID) practices that do just that, save you money. To many times people think that going green cost you more money but this is one of the times they are wrong. Hope to talk to you soon.
